Whoa. More than one new electric motor every year?! I thought the whole idea was longevity of these kinds of parts?
The batteries actually seem more impressive: a new set every every 500,000 km / 300,000 mi (give or take).
If I recall correctly, in the early days you also got the right to free charging at Tesla chargers, for the life of the car.
