Could be a short position.If you check the shorts history this past year-
some of the posted listed over 2 mil shorted in the 15 day report period.
Only a penny away from the .095 low today.!?
Someone @ CIBC likes it here-picking up near 900 k past 2 days.
Of the 37 O/G stocks on my track list(micro cap only) very few are
moving.So TCF is not the only play struggling in this weak smallcap sector.
