Major Tom,  on May 21, 2024 I purchased a 4-pk kids chocolate for the price of shipping only.  It had an expiration date of 3-12-2025.

I would think parents buying, are buying to use immediately or at the most in their next 30 days.  Are you saying that else's inventory is less than 90 days away from expiring?  If that's even close to being true, Else will Never be in a position to put product on the shelves of their retail partners.  Even with lowering manufacturing costs, we're not going to grow.

Do you know is their a Q sales figure that might trigger buyout talks to open with the likes of Danone or another company?
