ADTX.....Why do I smell a rat ?????

How often do you hear a Co publically announce in a News Release that they have an "effective" Shelf P.O ....let me tell you...... Not very often and almost NEVER!!
I have to dig and scratch for every bit of info via EDGAR ....I knew it was already made effective but they are telling in a News Release.....this doesn't seem right

All I can say is ......this will be interesting to see how this unfolds!!!!!
