Maybe auditors found this? Warrants were issued and would have to be recorded in the FS...perhaps part of their procedure would be to ensure everything was properly reported and validated...and they found these were never declared....so late it is.

But with staffing at NXO the way it has been, it likely simply slipped through the cracks....dunno

Does speak to reporting governance weaknesses.
