The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

SAD PART

SAD PARTIf you pull up a long term chart of say Riocan or HR or XRE it looks like we had our THIRD "bear market rally" past few months with each time only hitting a lower high.  In what could be a still bigger downtrend.

Thats scary
