RE:RE:Rick Rule and his unflattering opinion of Seabridge 42:45 question 1: is rick rule a shareholder in seabridge... I thought he might be, but spent 10 minutes wasting my time on Google looking for some kind of confirmation....
whether he is a disgruntled shareholder or a dispassionate heh heh analyst is important because 41% of sea is controlled by institutional investors... and like me a retail Sea investor, they must be wondering why
their shares appear to be drastically undervalued despite the gold price reaching $2600 an oz.
Sea's inability to get a ksm joint venture deal done is infuriating... Is it because of the mtt tunnel dispute .nobody wants to wait for years and years for the dispute in regard to the tunnel route to be resolved in the courtroom...How can a major possibly complete a feasibility study on ksm until the tunnel route dispute is resolved.
The question is, will the institutional investors say enough is enough... Solve the tunnel dispute and get a deal done cause a bird in hand is worth more than a bird in the bush...
