You have NO basis to assign ANY value to I80 given the simple FACT that you...and none of you....know the costs to bring a single project into full production.  You do not know the cost to complete infrastructure. You do not know the AISC to mine an ounce of anything. You do not know the mining methods, recovery rates, labor costs, fuel costs, actual resource size, recoverable amounts etc etc etc....in other words you know nothing. 

You cannot take an assumption of how much gold might be in the ground and extrapolate that into a value without knowing ALL the other variables. 

This is NOT a simple open pit high grade heap leach project. It's complicated to mine, to refine, to extract, to process and complication equals increased cost. And you do not actually KNOW how much gold or silver is minable. 

The value of a company is the value of their product minus all costs....you know neither.
