We do not know what GA is wanting.

GA can buy all Irland buildings from SOT.

Then SOT has the money to remove the default and pais some debts.

Then SOT units and debentures recover their value and GA loss nothing.

In few years GA sold back all Irland buildings to SOT.

Anything is possible....
