Remember, if Amendment 3 passes it will have to be implemented by the Florida legislature. The Florida legislature is controlled by Republicans. This move by TRUL is the first misstep and could take a lot longer then people think. Good thing for Curaleaf is our German and New York markets are blowing up. It’s to bad Kim doesn’t have any shops in those growing markets, by the time Florida gets their act together which could be dragged out till 2026, Curaleaf will have made the investments needed to own the Florida market thanks to the investments made in Germany and New York which are braking sales records ever quarter. Curaleaf the true market leader.
