That shoud be a tell ....just how many houses are watching and trading this company l..even Meryl Lynch and Morgan Stanley .....they do not want the. Share price to rise until all the ncib shares are counted ...I have been nibbling on both cgx and frontera ...betting I can see the action is a bluff to get you out ....broken up the value is way more than $12...
