RE:Seems Like Shorts ARE Back in Business

RE:Seems Like Shorts ARE Back in BusinessAmazes me how often short sellers get blamed for share price drops. Buying a short position has no effect on the share price, you are buying hoping the share drops, the short purchaser is not cuasing it. Only way shorts affect price is if they can get bad news out into the market, sometimes not even true, which catches on and casues a sell off, but just buying a short postion does not casue the share to drop. What causes these big drops is day trading large volume and trying to make 1 to 2 dollars over the hold on a large volume of shares.

Debt and P/O Ratio seems to be weighing it down.
