The Company owns certain wholly owned mining claims known as the LMS Gold Project (the LMS Property), together with certain personal property. The LMS Property is situated approximately 20 kilometers (km) north of Delta Junction, and 150 km southeast of Fairbanks, Alaska in the Goodpaster Mining District. The LMS Property, located in Alaska, remains at an early stage of exploration with limited annual on-site activities being conducted by the Company.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Topping-off Period Not GuaranteedI am sure some Gold Reserve Ltd shareholders did panic & sell on this Reuters incorrect news release. It forced the weak hands out who sold I seen it as a buying opportunity Monday & Tuesday, The stock price will rise especially if Paul Rivett can orchestrate some magic & another possible top up bid. However, yes there are uncertainities present & they will have to play out.
