Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). Or maybe agonizing over the reasons for the lower enrolment of any given month is no longer worth the effort given how close the trial is to fully enrolled. What's a couple of months, give or take, after all these years of waiting. Reasons and/or excuses will soon be moot. Endgame is fast approaching.
