RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Today’s actionDumont,
Here's exactly what I stated recently when referring to any of Rocco Marinaccio's privately acting business friends/privately facilitating broker dealers" posibly being at it again."
"Hmm? Or is it that you are here to somehow indicate for us the possibility that Rocco Marinaccio's privately acting business friends/privately facilitating broker dealers are at it again, lol!"
You will note never once had I ever mentioned criminal acts.
You are correct. I agree that there is absolutely nothing wrong with exercising options and selling the resulting purchased GRA.T shares in order to bank some profit.
I naturally agree that doing so is nothing out of the ordinary and is in fact expected once tranches of previously isued GRA.T options are in the money", so to speak.
You know that my main objection had been with respect to when those options had been exercises, i.e. just before and leading up to the release of a negatively impacting quarterly report being publicly disseminated.
At the time, I didn't care so much about which insider in particular did so during an interval which was considerd to be inappropriate.
I don't know Mr. Rocco Marinaccio from Adam, so to speak.
He's probably "a good earner" for NanoXplore.
You stated "One might look elsewhere for explanation:perhaps the previously discussed company share buyback program has been activated; or possibly, just possibly, there are a few believers out there that consider the company a reasonable risk at current levels."
I don't know that NanoXplore has the luxury to direct sums of capital toward funding such a previously approved NCIB mechanism in supporting the NanoXplore share price. I think it unlikely. Although, you just never know. Block trades accompanying immensely greatet and clearly out of the ordinary daily traded shares volume are always evoking of curiosity.
Perhaps the coming battery show, where NanoXplore/VoltaXplore plans on being an exibitor during October, requires that some optimisim with respect to NanoXplore and NanoXplore's share price in particular be generated.
I've always maintained that the greatest bang for one's advertising efforts would be a marked increase, preferably a rocketing like increase, of a company's share price during a very short period leading into an exibition event at which NanoXplore/VoltaXplore is to participate.
