The Process Flow Technologies segment is a provider of engineered fluid handling equipment for critical applications. The Engineered Materials segment manufactures fiberglass-reinforced plastic panels and coils, primarily for use in the manufacturing of recreational vehicles, truck bodies and trailers (Transportation). It also designs and manufacturers multi-stage lubrication pumps and lubrication system components technology for critical aerospace and defense applications.

I am at BMO. I still have CR shares but they are off-market - meaning they are counted as an asset in the overall portfoilio but at yesterday's close (they are valued at 7.40); and can't be traded so are pending the TOU exchange. I went through this with SDE last year (before and after the LGN spinoff). I think everything will settle by Monday or Tuesday next week. i'll keep you posted on the BMO teatment of the exchange. GLTA with TOU. Good move today. CR shares likley would have been up to 7.60+ if tracking as usual. Hopefully with TOU going up like that today it's a really good sign for long term CR now TOU holders. TD12
