Largest total purchases today by broker was 200k.  If +/- 150 of those were yours, that = $120k.  Based on your posts, going off of memory, I had the impression you had more than that invested in Artis, let alone Artis/HR, though perhaps you meant your REIT portfolio, or portfolio at large.  

Regardless of my misunderstanding of above peculiarity, welcome aboard the SOT ship.  I suppose we are shipmates.   The captain of this intriguing voyage is George Armoyan.  

I've been piling in aggressively, first at 0.58 on the morning of the recent development a couple days ago, then more at up to 0.85 (avg 0.80) then more again today in the 0.75 to 077 range.  The units and debs combined are now my largest portfolio position and my top play & top pick.

We will know quickly how this will play out.  At most a few weeks, more likely even sooner.
