I agree HPY should be trading at much higher prices. It feels like management have been much too slow in progressing their properties. I realize that the junior market has been left for dead but HPY would be in much better shape financially and share price wise if there were substantial progress being made.
Perhaps with the new President / CEO things will improve on that front.
