RE:A quick analysis of SOBO, TRP AND ENB, which to invest in??Flush:

First .... kudos on your excellent analysis ... with both a retrospective analysis ... and a forward projection.

I agree with all of your points .... including the BCE commentary .... "I lose" .... lol! ....cuz this encapsulates the investing experience. As a div focussed income investor I have assembled a $10M portfolio of div stocks, REITs etc. At worst point in recent years .... portfolio was $1.5M "in the red" .... but .... due to changing macro issues ... currently $1.7M " in the green". So apart from trimming obvious losers .... and there will always be some .... you have to tolerate wild swings in value!

Re SOBO: high yield associated with a irreplaceable asset seems good ... and ... there is also a high probability the company will be bought out by a bigger US company ... resulting in a cap gain in the not too distant future.

The major risk is that wackos on the Harris team .... like the wackos on Team Turdo .... will try to shut down oil sector .... which would wipe out this compamy. High risk? No. Zero risk? Also no.

I have accumulated approx. 5,000 shares with ACB ca. $29.50 .... watching for more if volatility continues ... so .... fingers crossed!

Cheers!
