Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Neither of you have the crystal ball, and history does not always predict the future. The most we can do is share an opinion based on our belief and everyone has the right to an opinion, as far as I know. You can agree or disagree with each other but insulting each other or demeaning each other is toxic and makes this forum unhealthy. Give it a rest. It doesn't matter who is right or who is wrong. Each of us gets to decide for ourselves how we invest any funds that we don't require day to day and we either reap the rewards of those decisions or not. It is fun to discuss opinions on this board, but denigrating each other has no value whatsoever.

For what it's worth, I like Artis REIT and believe the growth in unit value over the next years will be excellent- barring a cataclysmic world event.
