George Amoyan would get diluted to oblivion so why would he do that?
BV is around 4 dollars a share and share price is .75-.80 cents.
Rights offering would bring both BV and Share Price down
New shares would also be a burden for when the dividend comes back

Only a few solutions

Get tenants into empty spaces
Buyout offer
Sell pieces off to pay debt

There is not much else they can do
