Greenbriar Comparables for SageIt has only taken over two years but Greenbriar's comparables to Sage Ranch have finally managed to sell 52 of 55 serviced lots and they are moving ahead with (18) more. Considering over 50% of Sage Ranch are SFUs (single family units) or 10X that volume, that's not exactly showing a rosy outlook.
Note the fact to that not only has KHov bought the lots, completed full drawings, submitted their PDP, received the building permits and physically built all those homes. They have also had the newer lands rezoned, submitted their new PDP, received new permits and are currently excavating for foundations.
