No there is nothing to stop you from picking up shares for $8 now and tendering those shares that you had in your account ...smart move but they do not have to purchase all you old shares so buy a small position .and watch ...we all will be getting a dividend on the 16 th ...you could also buy a few more shares with that cash ...as long as you had the shares in your account Oct 2 nd ...good luck happy hunting ..
