Christina Lake Project is a multi-phased project, located 150 kilometers south of Fort McMurray in northeast Alberta. It comprised of approximately 200 square kilometers of leases.

They Need to get Bigger plain & simple.

If they don't do something soon what's to stop the likes of IMO making a serious run. 

They don't need cash just sweeten the the share count exchange, lord know's they

can afford it. 


The acquisition is literally paying for itself.

Isn't that the point? 

Don't own any ARC but they have done 1 heck of a Job reducing debt & share count.
