Quantum BioPharma Ltd. announced that its subsidiary, Celly Nutrition, has signed a Master Distribution Agreement with FUSION Distribution Group. This agreement benefits shareholders by:

  1. Expanding market reach in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and parts of Central and South America.
  2. Leveraging FUSION’s established distribution network for the innovative unbuzzd™ product.
  3. Generating potential royalty payments of 7% from sales, reducing to 3% after reaching $250 million.
  4. Retaining 25.71% ownership of Celly Nutrition and a tax loss carryforward of approximately C$130 million.
Now if only this reached 2 billion marketcap one day
