To add to my note I contacted IR , as a stockholder,, and told them the experience and the executive resoltion team punted the issue to local personnel who did not even attempt to contact the person they had the appointments with. End of story is they are now happy Shaw customers with a two year contact. Multiply this one by thousands and what impact to revenue does it have? You dont get stock gowth if someone on the chain keeps dropping the ball.
