Up 33% today on 1.8 million shares!

Up 33% today on 1.8 million shares!This was a $2 stock a few years ago and now trading for .02 per share. Looks like someone is accumulating cheap shares at .02 today. The chart looks fantastic. I'm thinking about adding a few here. Also year high volume today.
