RE:Mostley we are NOT morons... Since $21.3 million as at Sep 18, after last contract add another $2.2 million. Some smaller stuff likely can be added but Q1 results will reduce the amount at the end of this month.
The point is, as someone analyzed, the backlog has not grown significantly since last year and growth in revenue over the second half of the year was negligible. Crossland has left most of us with them impression that they are crazy busy with just the current client base. Growing facility capacity, growing staff capacity, at a greater rate than business development. 33 PDAs and only one contract announcement in 4 months. And not all meaningful contracts come from PDAs.
Waiting for the story to balance itself. Either the results will meet the narrative or the narrative needs to change.
Logical deduction based on facts. Hoping for the former obviously but things are already behind the analyst estimates. They were probably informed by TEI when made.
