Tilrays share price dropped .04 cents (USD - don't get confused) during regular trading- and is up .91 cent so far after hours.
Thats it.

Your question as to the relationship is nonsensical - why not what the relationship is between last Thursday and today?

Tilray investors are down .94 cents today- we'll know how much more they're down tomorrow at the end of trading. 

After hours/pre market CAN be of interest, when there is or was big news - the question for you is why you think Tilray being up .91 cent is of interest to anyone but an uninformed amateur investor?

How about you provide nvestors some entertainment and explain the relationship between the two
