And totally agree 100% dilution is not the answer. We've all seen what over dilution does to the share price of junior explorers, destorys most of them.

That was one of the main attractions to invest in this company, a very low share count, cash on hand and a large holding in the main operator of TC that being Tudor. Holding all the properties with so much potential was the deal clincher.
