The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Hmmm....HR reit at a 11x AFFO multiple while US ones tradee at 20x....not so sure about that. Hmmm....PRV, BTB, SRU < 100% payout ratios and 7.2%-9% yields? Im not so sure about that.
