Critical Elements Lithium Corporation is a Canada-based lithium exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and processing of critical minerals mining properties in Canada. Its projects include Rose Lithium-Tantalum, Rose North, Rose South, Arques, Bourier, Dumulon, Duval, Nisk, Lemare, Caumont, and Valiquette. The Rose Lithium-Tantalum property consists of over 473 claims covering a total area of over 24.99 square kilometers (km2). It lies in the northeastern part of Superior Province, within the Eastmain greenstone belt. The Rose North property consists of about 31 claims covering a total area of over 16.14 km2. The Arques Property is composed of one block totaling around 136 claims covering an area of 6,840.93 hectares (ha) over 18 kilometers (kms) in length in a Southwest-Northeast direction. Bourier Property is comprised of over 304 claims with an area of 15,616.47 ha for over 30 kms. Rose South property consists of over 280 claims.

Not sure what you are using... but I want some of it bahahah
CRE @$3 may happen but probably after 5 years once a producing mine and if not taken out for pennies before that.
For reference, Arcadium Lithium's stock went up 45% after the news, so suggesting that CRE will rocket 500% is ridiculous.
M&A will happen but for producing or near-producing entities as their value is depressed but actual assets are built. Nemaska, of which Arcadium owns 50% is fully integrated with Whabouchi Mine (construction is now on hold to my knowledge) and Bcancour Conversion Facility is scheduled to start producing in 2025. So Rio Tinto buys actual assets that have market value well below what was paid to be constructed/built... so that's a steal for them
 
CRE needs $600M just to build the mine if no cost overruns which will happen for sure and on top of that you need to buy the company?  Yeah nah not happening, and definitely, $3/share is a fantasy
