RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:On sale or soldSorry I just assumed it was GA that terminated it because usually it is the externally managed REIT that is doing the termination.   It is a huge move forward getting rid of those leeches.   

I am not sure its undervalued at .71 cents since they still face bankruptcy if they don't get their finances in order.  Until they start paying back the debentures I probably won't add.

They need to turn cash flow positive before I start adding.
