I will put it as succinctly as possible: government grants do not impress the market. Business deals, tangible and sustainable revenue generation, earnings growth, and positive and meaningful cashflow all do impress...all this while keeping debt to a very manageable level.

Some of those ingredients are there. Just need to crank it up if the company wants to join the big leaguers...
