Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Starting investing in AX Dec 2022 at $9.20, and continued to add to the position until the pico-bottom where I then added commons as well as long-dated call options. I have been honest and open with all my buys and sells (I used to think this was a community before you and Snakey destroyed any value this board could ever hold for a reader).

I have since broken-even on the common position, before considering distribution income; and call options have been realized for profits ranging from 20% to 100%. The last three remaining tranches of options are up between 80% and 200%.

So to answer your question, I have lost nothing other than the time spent responding to you.
