RE:RE:What a massive Haircut

RE:RE:What a massive Haircut "What are you talking about? It's not a haircut 1 for 8 haircut. Nex Gold Market cap 2.5 times greater than SGNL. But I'm not surprised... it's not the first time you do major mistakes in your calculations"

-------

DDD, you are so emotional about this stock.

Here is an example.  I have a $200 000 house.  But I owe $100 000 on it.  The banks will say that I have $100 000 in equity.

A company has a $22 million dollar market cap.  But $28 million in debt.  Sgnl we are talking about here.  So the company is being valued at the market as being worth $50 million, subtract the debt.

Another company, NEXG has a market cap of $56 million.  Add the current assets of $8 million, and then subtract the just about $10 million in current liabilities.

That would make NEXG worth about $52 million.

Both companies worth almost the same.

You can't just compare market caps.

If I only owed $50 000 on my $200 000 house, then the bank would say that I had $150 000 in equity.

Same house, still worth $200 000.

Oh, and also, the 29% of the new company that SGNL shareholders will receive.  Will that be for current shareholders of SGNL?  Or will that bedivided amongst all the over the hundred million shares and warrants they issue in the financing plus current shareholders?  So will current shareholders own 29% of the new company, or will that be more like 22% for current shareholders after the dilution?
