RE:This is a standard post made by paidWorst case - shorting, dilution, consolidation, scapegoat, abandon ship, comfortable retirement.   
Best case - bull market for craft beer, cdn taxes change, international sales boom, US legalizes, institutional investment, big bonuses, comfortable retirement.   
Looks like a win win for mgmt.
