When a guy like RF sees that HIS BABY ] is about to be swallowed by RIO,
there is NO chance in the world he would be sitting on his hands.
Earlier, once he got a good understanding of what OT was about
and knew very well he could not pull that one alone without a BIG "partner"
...he likely added several aces (that could be put on ice stealth for long very conveniently) in "his" hands.
Then it's not really a surprise that when the RIO-TRQ takeover is becoming a given,
suddenly the 2004 Earn-In Agreement that was ...NEVER EXECUTED
while everybody did as-if (no point waking up the greedy wolves (Mongolians)...too early)
is dusted and going to arbitration (as a good FLOOR has been put on TRQ valuation)
