I get all of your reasoning points and agree with most of them. I too am concerned that SOBO directors may decide to cut the dividend down the road ... but hope it is not too soon. As you know, I added biggly to our new position in SOBO ... buying all of our shares (except for the spinoff shares) before the official launch on 02 Oct. ... so 4,600 shares were bought with an ACB of about $28.59 ... not too shabby!

My main expectation is that the entity will be bought out ... and my gamble is that it will be bought out before the head honchos decide to cut the dividend. Will I be right? Or will I be wrong? Check back in two years and let's find out! LOL!
