Just seems timing is not great. We are hearing that TCB is just about the turn the corner.

A potential large contract in retail is in the works.

I hope your Conflict of interest reason could be possible but
timing just seems wrong since we have been waiting for soo long for Qlpes to do something.

or TCB is still away for any meaningful contracts and Eddy needs money now and employmentt!
