RE:RE:RE:99 share odd lot trades

I think I noticed that odd lot trades (under 100), share price are not reflected to the market.

For example, FEC last share price was $8.33. If next trade (buy) was an odd lot of 99 shares for $8.50, when it executes, share price displayed still will be $8.33.

I could be wrong.
