I sold my 700k shares last week at a huge loss and have moved on. Still will keep an eye on future developments. Right now it looks like this attempt to raise money is a way for directors to get their back pay. Gem has very high quality graphite and the way to approach these market conditions was to put the company on hold until conditions are more favorable.Total betrayal to shareholders and the whole board should resign . This will be my last investment in companies from Quebec. gl
