Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Ciachurski potentially giving another 500,000 shares to Strasser & Co. If it occurs that's almost 6% of the company being utilized for the payout.
This must get Strasser & Co very close to the 20% threshold.
Jeff makes the mistakes and shareholders pay for it.

Nobody knows how all of this is going to play out, if it or parts of it actually occur.
