RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:One rat leaving the sinking (sunk?) shipHarley103,
If I had to put on my optimist hat, I'd suggest that perhaps for now the best thing that can happen for NGC'S financial predicament and for the NGC.V share price is that "Sprott" actually accepts an immense amount of NGC.V shares in lieu of certain long overdue monies owned to "Sprott".
Northern Graphite Corporation has assets.
Whether they are viewed by any would be acquirer of any or all of such NGC assets today as being "great assets" . . . Well, suffice to say that is something which the NGC share price would indicate is not the case.
Remember that what assets are worth to you and what somebody else would want to actually pay for some or all of such assets are initially and invariably worlds apart.
There is simply no denying that Northern Graphite Corporation has to raise sufficient capital at preferrably much higher share price points.
We are about to find out exactly how Hugues Jacquemin et al actually plan to do so.
Joint Development Agreements tend to cost partnering companies a lot of money to pursue and sustain Harley103
The sale and leasback of property and that LDI graphite processing facility, with a toll processing agreement also being part of the equation, is one way in which NGC representatives can raise the monies needed to take care of the arrears in scheduled payments to "Sprott" issue.
