SPB is obviously unitliy-like, and has a lot of RNG growth. I'm not sure if this would fit their investment thesis, but being a "smaller" investment they are already partnered with, it is not that far fetched.

My guess is that the total number of stocks boughi this way is over 2 million. It cannot be an MOC puchade,since the price they paid was below the 4 o'clock quote, sometimes it was above it.
I am curious if appears to be simlar to the IPL take over, where Brookfield used BMO to accumulate stocks on the sly. But, we will learn, sooner or later if it is the same play.
BTW, someone on this board said that Brookfield has two of its employees on SPB' board od directors.
When did they install this second Brookfield member?
