RE:NEWS...news!!It is crazy at which level of corruption that this exchange allows DM to continually act and pillage from the investors. All I know is eventually you have to pay the piper. While 3 billion is debatable if it was enough of a fine for TD to pay. At least there is some form of accountability. Hopefully these corporate greed manipulators of DM will be held accountable.
