The Membership & Royalty segment includes the operating activities of the Canadian Association of Retired Persons (CARP) as well as membership and marketing services to CARP. The Digital segment consists of the operations of the digital companies, FreshDaily, Buzz, Museland, Peak, and Curiocity and Titus. Other activities include the production of ZoomerShows, and other trade and consumer shows directed to the 45plus age group.

SICK = They are going PRIVATE so the little minority shareholders
get the shaft MZ very self centered IMO and the trading pattern
shows just who cares & who he cares for friends etc... ;>O. Got in a way back as a beiiever of OLD AGING @ .32 CDN ..the only good thing is the large share base loss can be used to write off some of our 2024 GAINS.... Say good bye ;>(
