Kenes Rakishev (Kazakh: Kees Hamitly Raqyev; born 1979), known mononymously as Kenges,[1] is a Kazakh businessperson who is close to the authoritarian regime in Kazakhstan.[2][3] He is the son-in-law of former Kazakh Prime Minister, Imangali Tasmagambetov,[4] the current the current Secretary-General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization since January 2023.
