BRE has been a great income stock since at least 2015. I have watched it and watched it and never pulled the trigger.  Don't forget, I am the one with over 100 securities in the portfolio already...lol!

I do not understand why this $138 million market cap company has not been privatized by BBU or sold out....so maybe I will have to finally step in!!

BTW, you sound like a pro in the kitchen.  Me? Not so much! Lol.
