The evidence is overwhelming- and the contrary evidence is completely underwhelming.

The only other explanation is a good dose of incompetence. But if that was the case, wouldn't we see at least some sort response, communication, etc. that NXO is feeling at least the slightest bit sheepish??
Walk things back? Weak excuses? Other? Instead of complete and utter dead air?
( huh, maybe that's what they were lately)
